This round is going to require a little more use of the noggin. You must write a short story that best uses the title given below. You must use at least 3 no more than 5 characters from any of my books.

Welcome to everyone who entered this very lovely contest. I must tell those people who tried to enter via e-mail, I cannot allow their entry. The rules most clearly stated in order to enter you must do so by sending a comment on the blog. The integrity of this contest can only be upheld by following the rules. Also those that tried to enter after the deadline on 10/17 will not be allowed to enter. If you continue to take part in this contest, you pledge to not use any aids to help in your participation. This includes, but is not limited to a computer or any books. Post your entries to a comment for this post.

The deadline to have your submission for this round is 10/23/09.
Each age division will be judged separately.

1. Name as many characters of any of my books as you can.
2. Name as many titles to my books as you can.

Rules:

You must register in the comment section by 10/16/09 to qualify. State your age when entering.
There will be 4 rounds and a final round.

Point system per round
1st :250 pts
2nd : 200pts
3rd: 150 pts
4th: 100 pts
5th: 50 pts
6th: 25 pts

The top three individuals will duke it out in a final round.
There a three anonymous judges that will judge each round.
Those that take part in all rounds will be given 100 pts.
Those that enter before 10/12/09 will be given 25 pts.
